Job Description
Great opportunity to join an exciting high-growth business! Our client, a successful technology manufacturer with ambitious growth plans, is looking for a proactive Director, Legal Counsel to join their growing US corporate legal team. You will deliver high-quality legal advice to their management and global cross-functional teams on business and product development-related issues. You must have a JD with a state bar membership plus a proven track of business counseling and handling complex legal issues. A minimum of 10 years’ experience practicing either in a multinational corporation or international law firm is mandatory.
