Due to the rapid pace of the transformation, there is a new headcount for a VP and Senior Legal Counsel within the Group Legal Division to lead M&A projects in the renewables sector, both within Asia and beyond. The company seeks a skilled deal closer with strong transactional cross-border M&A experience ideally in the renewable power and energy areas.
