Job Description
If you are a junior lawyer who has funds experience and are keen to develop your career in a top-ranked legal team, then this opportunity is for you! You will work under the guidance of leading partners advise clients on transactional funds and regulatory issues. Ideally, you are US qualified with an LLM in the States and 2-4 years' funds experience. PRC candidates with good transaction and regulatory experience and previous working experience in the Securities and Futures Commission are welcome to apply.
