Senior Legal Counsel, Trade Compliance (7+ yrs EXP) Boston

Exciting opportunity for an experienced trade and product compliance lawyer to join a Nasdaq-listed company, based in Boston. You will work closely with the US-based General Counsel to maintain a sanction screening protocol and policy as well as develop and maintain a product compliance system to screen merchandise on the e-commerce platform. You must have a JD degree, ideally with over 7 years’ experience particularly in product compliance. Familiarity with trade compliance and customs regulations is highly desirable. You will play a key role in advising, evaluating and managing risk, developing policies, and be a proactive member of the legal team. REF: 16970/HI
