About the Company
Well-established recruitment company in Sai Ying Pun with over 35 years as a market leader. Clients include law firms, multinational companies and financial institutions.
About the Role
Managing and overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts, administration and Human Resources functions of the Company. Working closely with Assistant Accountant, Admin Team and Recruitment Consultants.
Duties include but not be limited to:
- Finance and Accounting, supervising Assistant Accountant
- Human Resources
- General Office Administration and Support to Recruitment Function
- Government Regulations-related duties. Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, tax agents and government departments
- Attending to other queries and duties as necessary or on request by Management
About You
- Background in financial accounting/bookkeeping, with an eye for detail and a “can do” attitude
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese skills
- 3+ years’ accounting and office administration experience
- Experience with accounting software and solid understanding of MS Office and Excel highly desirable
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
