Derek works as an Associate Consultant in Hughes-Castell’s Shanghai office, focusing on both Private Practice and In-house roles. Before joining Hughes-Castell, Derek had pursued internships in an international recruitment company as a researcher and in a regional bank as an account manager.

Derek earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Management from the East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL). He speaks Mandarin and English.
