Our client, a leading global e-commerce company, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to oversee disclosure management, litigation, and operational execution. Based in Hong Kong, you will collaborate across regions, managing litigation and regulatory compliance amid evolving standards. The ideal candidate is a US/UK-qualified lawyer with an LLM or JD, 4+ years in international litigation, and experience with Big Law firms.
