Our client, a global leader in innovative new energy technologies, is seeking to strengthen its Indonesian legal team based in Karawang, Indonesia. This is a senior role, with competitive compensation as well as direct reporting to the Global General Counsel and dotted line to the CEO. You will provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of complex issues, including contracts, regulatory compliance, operational matters, and HR issues. You must be an Indonesian-qualified lawyer (PERADI holder) with 5-7 years’ PQE gained in a law firm or an MNC environment. Experience working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable, along with the ability to provide checks and balances to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Strong skills in building and maintaining effective relationships with multiple stakeholders across the globe are highly desirable. An excellent command of spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. REF:17189/HI
