A prestigious leading brand in retail is seeking a bilingual Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to serve as the key legal adviser to its Taiwan management team and business divisions. Reporting directly to Taiwan MD, you will provide strategic and practical legal advice from planning through execution, ensuring robust compliance and effective risk management across all operations. The ideal candidate will be a Taiwan-qualified lawyer with over 10 years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law, ideally gained from top-tier law firms and multinational corporations. You should be a strategic, business-oriented professional with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and fluent proficiency in both written and oral English and Chinese.
