A global technology manufacturer is seeking a Senior/Legal Counsel to lead their cross-border dispute resolution and litigation strategies for the U.S. operations. You will focus on international arbitration and U.S. litigation involving intellectual property, commercial contracts, trade compliance, and matters related to advanced technology and sustainable solutions. This is a rare opportunity to shape legal strategy within a dynamic multinational corporation. The ideal candidate will be a U.S.-qualified lawyer with significant experience in international arbitration and litigation. Candidates with regional arbitration experience in Hong Kong or Singapore who are seeking to return to the U.S. are sought.
