We are recruiting a Senior Corporate Counsel in London, UK, for our client, a global energy company. This key in-house role involves serving as sole counsel to its growing UK operations and building robust compliance systems to ensure transparent operations. Responsibilities include leading the splitting, negotiation, and finalization of commercial contracts for new projects, while proactively tracking and managing associated contract risks during project execution. Duties also include monitoring overseas industry-related regulations, managing corporate governance and employment matters, and handling special projects involving innovative business models. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the UK, fluent in English, and possess up to 8 years' PQE, of which at least 2 are preferably in the energy industry.
