Associate, M&A (5-6 yrs PQE) Shanghai - 17280/HI

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a market-leading M&A team and work on some of the region’s most sophisticated transactions. A leading international law firm is seeking a talented M&A Associate to join its premier practice in Shanghai. In this role, you will advise on a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&As, working with a high-profile client base across diverse industries. Exposure to transactions in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors will be a strong plus. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 PQE in M&A transactions, gained at a leading international or reputable domestic law firm.
