Our client, a world-renowned technology MNC, is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel with a strong technology transactions background to join their Detroit office. You will work closely with both their legal and sales teams to draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, ensuring transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with corporate policies. The ideal candidate will hold a J.D. with admission to practice in the U.S. and bring 5–8 years of experience in commercial contracting, ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors.  Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills in complex commercial agreements are essential, as is the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
