Our client, a top-tier US law firm, is seeking an international Legal Manager to join their prestigious corporate team in Hong Kong. This position offers an excellent pathway for a well-trained junior lawyer to transition into an associate role at this leading international law firm. In this role, you will collaborate closely with associates, counsel, and partners in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the US on a range of cross-border and US corporate transactions. To be considered, you should hold a US JD/LL.M. and a US bar qualification, and possess strong legal research, English drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
