IP Lawyer (4-8 yrs PQE) Hong Kong - 17263/HI
Job Description
A global law firm is seeking a mid-level IP lawyer to join its Hong Kong office. You will work closely with a leading partner on a varied range of IP non-contentions and contentions work, particularly in trademark matters. The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with solid IP experience in both Hong Kong and China. Extensive IP experience in trademark prosecution, enforcement, advisory, and disputes is mandatory. Fluency in written and oral English and Chinese is a must.
