Are you a motivated PRC-qualified lawyer or senior Paralegal with HK Capital markets experience and a passion for working in a top-tier international practice? Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a newly qualified Associate or experienced Paralegal to join its leading Chinese Corporate Finance team in Shanghai. In this role, you’ll support high-profile transactions by drafting legal documents, conducting due diligence, verifying prospectuses, liaising with clients and regulators, and managing project documentation. The ideal candidate will hold a law degree, have 2–3 years of HK IPOs and have passed the PRC Bar. Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
