Our client, one of the world’s largest investment managers, is seeking an experienced Funds Lawyer to join their Hong Kong office supporting APAC regional operations. The role encompasses providing legal and regulatory support for investment management, distribution agreements, and fund establishment. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with 5–10 years’ PQE in asset management legal and regulatory matters, ideally gained with leading US or European law firms in Hong Kong or Singapore. Experience working in an asset management role and/or handling Hong Kong SFC-authorised funds, as well as China QDLP fund setup, is highly desirable.
