A world-renowned international law firm is seeking a Legal Manager and a Paralegal to join their Hong Kong Capital Markets team in Shanghai due to the recent growth. You will be focused on supporting Hong Kong capital markets matters, contributing to high-quality US-side drafting work, and collaborating closely with colleagues across Hong Kong and Shanghai. We are seeking experienced paralegals or legal managers who are detail-oriented, possess strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex capital markets transactions and develop your expertise in a supportive, globally connected team.
