Job Description
An excellent opportunity for an experienced capital markets lawyer to join a leading global investment bank with operations worldwide based in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for supporting debt and equity capital markets transactions. Dual qualifications in the US and Hong Kong with solid experience in US securities laws is essential. Relevant experience in a top-tier law firm or an in-house legal team at a Tier 1 investment bank is highly desirable. Strong organization, time management, and communication skills with fluency in spoken Mandarin and written Chinese are required. REF: 17085/HIYour privacy and the privacy of others are important.
