Our client, a key player in automotive technology, seeks an experienced corporate commercial lawyer to join their legal team to oversee their Korea and Japan operations. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, providing legal counsel to various business teams on commercial and corporate issues. Responsibilities include managing commercial agreements, compliance, and investigations and collaborating with external counsel on disputes. The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of PQE in commercial and contractual legal work, with expertise in the automotive industry and fluency in English. Overseas legal education is highly desirable. Ability to work independently is essential. REF: 17117 /HI
