Our client, a globally acclaimed high fashion brand, is actively seeking a highly experienced, intelligent, dynamic, and mature Senior HR Compliance Specialist to oversee their Asia Pacific operations. In close collaboration with local General Managers and HR divisions throughout the region, you will serve as the primary advisor in formulating and enforcing all people-related compliance policies. This includes workplace grievance policies and procedures, role and responsibilities delineation, and escalation processes. Additionally, you will ensure alignment of all HR policies and procedures with internal guidelines and external people compliance legislation across the region. The role also involves conducting investigations related to people-related matters. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in employee relations and compliance gained from multinational or sizable corporations and a proven track record in facilitating the resolution of people-related disputes.
