A major player in the semiconductor industry is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer as a Legal Counsel based in Shenzhen to support the ongoing growth in the Asia Pacific. Report directly to the Senior Legal Director, and you will support across a range of corporate legal issues, including commercial, regulatory compliance, HR, M&A, and dispute resolution matters. You must be a qualified lawyer who is ideally 5 PQE gained in leading international law firms or MNCs, along with strong regional experience. Additional US/UK LLM is highly desirable. Candidates with a solid commercial legal background with business acumen and a pragmatic mindset are sought. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese are mandatory.
