Job Description
Our client helps secure successful outcomes in White-Collar criminal defenses and investigations, litigation, and corporate compliance. They are looking to add a junior or mid-level bilingual Associate with internal investigations and/or White-Collar crime and regulatory experience to join their expanding Asian FCPA investigations team. You will be a fluent English and Mandarin-speaking lawyer with expertise in internal investigations and litigation/arbitration with a well-regarded firm. US Bar qualification is desired, but Hong Kong-qualified lawyers are also welcome to apply. You should also have proven drafting and communication skills and business awareness. A good team player who can work independently and wants to grow a business is sought. REF: 16851/HI
