Job Description
Our client, a bulge bracket bank, is looking to add a seasoned securities regulatory compliance professional at the Executive Director level to their China compliance team based in Shanghai. You would advise senior management and business units on compliance policies and regulatory requirements for all securities activities, oversee its compliance framework, and maintain good relationships with regulators across China. You must have very strong knowledge and experience in China's securities regulatory and compliance requirements. A SAC license holder with solid equities or investment business expertise is sought.
