Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Counsel to step into a pivotal role in a development legal team of a luxury hotel brand in Hong Kong. As Corporate Counsel in this regional role you will provide legal advice and support on complex transactions, real estate development, financing, joint ventures, and risk management. You should have excellent academics with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant PQE in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team: strong communication and interpersonal skills plus the ability to work well under pressure.
