We have an excellent and challenging opportunity for a US or UK-qualified lawyer to join our client, a global unicorn in Singapore, UK, or Shanghai. This fast-growing energy firm is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to manage a strong, highly collaborative international in-house legal team and provide legal support on a wide range of corporate legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in general corporate and commercial issues working in-house or in private practice, ideally gained within the energy sector. Experience in managing a team and handling large-scale transactions is essential. Fluent English and Mandarin skills are mandatory.  REF: 16897/HI
