Job Description

Our client, one of the most influential global internet service providers, is looking for a CFO to join one of their biggest business units which would be a spin-off company under the parent company. Reporting to the company's CEO, you will support public listening requirements and statutory reporting, financing, and liaise with regulators, banks, and auditors. To be considered, you ideally have been a previous CFO with over 10 years’ experience in finance. Extensive experience in pre-IPO financing is highly desirable. In addition, you must have fluent Mandarin and English for the role. REF: 16951/HI
