Senior Legal Counsel (10-15 yrs PQE) Hong Kong
Job Description
Our client, a leading international Technology company, is seeking a senior-level corporate M&A lawyer to join their Hong Kong office and help navigate the legal landscape as they continue to expand. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice and support on general commercial, corporate, and compliance matters. Existing in-house and private practice lawyers with 10-15 years of Corporate and M&A experience in the e-commerce or technology-related sector are welcome to apply. Hong Kong, England & Wales, or US legal qualification and hands-on experience in cross-border trade transactions or market entry work are highly desirable. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory. REF: 16960/HI
