APAC Corporate Counsel, Real Estate (5+ yrs PQE) Singapore

Our client is one of the world's largest and most prestigious hospitality groups with presences all over the globe. Due to business expansion, we are seeking a corporate real estate lawyer to join their legal team. You must have at least 5 years’ transactional experience dealing with large scale branded residential / condominium projects gained at a top international/regional law firm or in-house with a real estate development corporation or have otherwise gained substantial experience in large scale mixed-use development projects. Stellar academic and professional credentials are required, and experience in the Greater Asia Pacific region is preferred but not essential. REF: 16994/HI
