A global electronic manufacturer is now seeking the Head of Legal for the Asia Pacific region, based in Shanghai or Shenzhen. As a sole counsel in APAC, you will oversee all legal matters, advising on corporate strategy, contract management, investment projects, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and other general corporate commercial matters. You will have a strong blend of legal experience, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience as a qualified lawyer in a multinational corporation or top-tier law firm. Candidates familiar with China’s and international contracts and regulatory frameworks are preferred. Fluency in English is mandatory. REF: 16992/HI
