Legal Director, Employment (10+ yrs PQE) Beijing/Shanghai

Job Description

Our client, a top Fortune 500 corporation, is seeking an experienced Employment Legal Director to join their China office. In this role, you will collaborate closely with legal, compliance and employee relations functions, oversee all employment-related matters, including litigation, employee grievances, and enterprise-aligned programs throughout Greater China. The ideal candidate will be a PRC-qualified lawyer with a PRC law degree plus international experience. A minimum of 10 years' PQE gained in a mix of law firm and in-house settings is mandatory. Candidates with over 5 years of in-house legal experience are highly desirable. Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese is essential for the role. REF: 17110/HI
