This is an excellent opportunity for a Mandarin-speaking Litigation Counsel or Partner to move in-house in a rapidly growing sector. Our client, a global e-commerce company, is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel with proven dispute resolution experience to support their expanding global business. This role can be based in the US, in any location, or else in Shanghai. You will be responsible for handling litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution issues related to their US businesses, dealing with inquiries, complaints and investigations from US regulatory agencies. You will also provide legal advice and support on US regulatory, risk assessments, and business contracts. Ideally, you are a US-qualified lawyer with a JD/LLM degree plus a minimum of 5 years' experience in US litigation matters. Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory. REF: 17128/HI
