An excellent opportunity awaits a senior US securities lawyer to join the rapidly expanding team of a multinational online retailer in Hong Kong. In this role, you will oversee all US regulatory and compliance matters related to the company's US listings and operations. To be considered, you must have a minimum of 8 years of PQE in managing US listing compliance at international law firms or US-listed companies. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a JD/LLM, multicultural experience, and exceptional analytical and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
