Senior Associate/Counsel, Corporate (6 yrs+ PQE) Beijing/Shanghai
Job Description
Our client, renowned for its world-leading corporate practice, is seeking a senior transactional lawyer to join its expanding team in either Beijing or Shanghai. In this role, you will focus on high-profile cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, private equity matters, and a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements across various sectors. You must be an oversea qualified lawyer with a solid track record in corporate transactional work, strong client-facing experience and understanding, anticipating, and responding effectively to client needs are essential. Working experience in oversea is required and a potential to develop business is preferred. Fluency in both Mandarin and English, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is required. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
