Compliance Counsel (7-12 yrs EXP) US - REF: 17214/HI

Job Description

Are you seeking a career development opportunity at a high-profile manufacturer driving global success? A global market leader in advanced manufacturing is seeking a talented Compliance Counsel to join its US-based compliance functions. You will be supporting its expanding manufacturing operations across the globe. This hands-on role covers legal matters, regulatory and legislative monitoring, trade compliance, tariff management, and compliance program development in a dynamic, cross-border environment. You must be a US-qualified lawyer with proven years' experience assisting Chinese clients on trade sanctions matters, including 4 to 8 years in law firms and at least 3 years in-house, primarily focused on compliance. Ideally, you’ll have worked in technical/industrial manufacturing and supported businesses with significant international operations across China, Europe, South America, India, or Asia. You should be proactive, commercially minded, culturally adaptable, and solutions-focused, with strong knowledge of global manufacturing compliance risks.
