Job Description

Our client, a global manufacturer, is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to head their legal and compliance function for international businesses in Asia and several overseas offices. You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, helping to implement and enhance legal and compliance policies that meet regulatory and internal requirements. Significant compliance and regulatory experience in the Asia region, particularly in Southeast and South Asia, is required. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred. Proven ability to work with senior executives, influence across organizations, and perform well under pressure is essential. Willingness to travel is necessary.
