Job Description

We are currently seeking a Regional Legal Counsel to join the legal and compliance team of a leading electronic manufacturing company based in Singapore. You will be responsible for providing legal support to the business and corporate functions in the ASEAN region by advising on and supporting the management of a range of regulatory compliance issues. The ideal candidate will be a Singapore-qualified lawyer with a law degree and a minimum of 3 years’ PQE at a law firm and as in-house counsel. Prior compliance experience in the information equipment or consumer products industry is highly desirable. A good team player with excellent negotiating and drafting skills is sought.
