Leading US law firm with a strong track record in corporate, M&A, and investment funds work seeks a mid to senior-level Funds Lawyer to join their market-leading team in Hong Kong. US qualification is necessary with solid experience working in a well-respected law firm handling high-value private funds and sovereign wealth funds transactions. Experience in advising fund managers, leading international investment firms, investors, and global financial institutions is highly desirable. Fluent written and oral Mandarin Chinese skills would be a strong plus. REF: 16852/HI
