We provide Contingent and Retained Searches for prominent law firms and in-house legal departments throughout Asia. We utilise both retained executive search and traditional contingent search methods to ensure that we are able to locate the best qualified candidates for our clients.

Bespoke Solutions

We understand that different clients have different needs, and we work closely with their inhouse talent management and acquisition team to tailor bespoke solutions. Our approach broadens your options for finding and managing talent, forecasting needs and balancing headcount (and just as importantly, managing budget). We are able to create a holistic strategy covering all or selected phases of the talent relationship, and then work together with you to apply our knowledge and insights to help realise your goals. We have experience handling, reviewing and designing internal and external search processes, market mapping, and managing the full search cycle from sourcing, screening candidates, interviews, managing feedback, negotiating offers, conducting reference checks till closing of the role and ensuring the candidate is smoothly integrated and onboarded.
