Our client, a multinational manufacturing company, is seeking an Internal Control and Compliance Manager to join its Hong Kong-based legal and compliance team. You will lead the internal control framework, conducting end-to-end assessments and ongoing monitoring across global operations. Key responsibilities also include supporting enterprise risk management initiatives, recommending corrective actions, and supporting internal investigations. You will also develop role-specific guidance and training for frontline teams. We require 8+ years of experience in both internal control and risk management, preferably gained mixed experience from both a Big 4 firm and a mature MNC. Candidates must hold a relevant degree and be fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin). CPA, CIA, or legal qualifications are highly preferred.
