Our client, a world-renowned law firm, is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their esteemed Greater China corporate finance team in Beijing, Hong Kong, or Shanghai. You should have extensive experience handling Hong Kong corporate finance and securities work, as well as post-listing compliance and regulatory matters. Confidence and experience in leading projects and training junior associates are required. The ideal candidate will be a PRC, Hong Kong, or US-qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of PQE.
