Job Description

Join a leading international law firm as a Patent Attorney in Singapore, providing strategic advice to clients across the Asia-Pacific region on patent prosecution, portfolio management, licensing, and technology transfer. In this role, you will oversee high-value patent matters and work closely with clients across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on the PRC and US markets. The ideal candidate will have 5–15 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering), and a recognised patent attorney qualification. A legal qualification would be an advantage. A US postgraduate degree in Engineering or Law is highly desirable, along with substantial experience advising PRC and US clients. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential, as is a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, global environment.
