Job Description

We have been instructed by a top-tier US international law firm that is looking to expand its HK IPO team based in Beijing. The firm will not only provide you with high-quality HK IPO deals, but also a remarkable environment in which you can learn from market-leading partners. They are looking for bright, ambitious individuals with strong law firm training and HK IPO experience with international law firms. A law degree from a top-tier law school in China or overseas is highly desirable. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is required.
