Vicky is a Hong Kong-based Director specializing in the placement of senior legal professionals with both private practice and in-house clients across Greater China.  Vicky has extensive legal and compliance searching experience working with top-tier international/Chinese law firms and prominent multinational corporations and has an impressive placement track record. Vicky’s recruitment experience commenced in 2007, before joining Hughes-Castell in Beijing, where she worked with an international executive search firm placing lawyers at different levels in China.

Vicky holds a Masters degree in School Counseling and a Bachelor of Education from Beijing Normal University and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
