Job Description
One leading international law firm is seeking a high-caliber Junior Associate to join its HK capital markets team in Shanghai. You will work closely with partners, associates and paralegals in Shanghai and Hong Kong, integrated with an expansive regional network. Candidates must be PRC-qualified with at least 3 years of solid experience in HK IPOs. Exceptional English proficiency is essential for this role. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
