Documentation Negotiator (5+ yrs EXP) Hong Kong
Job Description
A global investment bank is seeking a manager-level prime brokerage documentation negotiator to join its Asia team based in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and administrating legal documentation of prime brokerages and OTC equity derivatives in Asia Pacific. You must have over 5 years’ managerial experience leading a team and relevant experience in handling prime brokerage, preferably in a corporate law firm or a financial institution. A law degree or Common Law qualification is highly desirable. Hand-on knowledge of prime brokerage-related regulations and best practices is essential. You must have excellent communication skills in English; Fluency in Chinese is a strong plus. REF: 17084/HIYour privacy and the privacy of others are important.
